Art Museum Field Trip

We had an amazing time today on our field trip.  After a very interesting portrait tour given to us by docents, we explored the museum.  The children were phenomenal.  They looked closely at the art work and discussed it with each other in depth.  Each child also will bring home a free family pass so that you and your family can all go for free.  Enjoy the pictures from the trip!

Report Cards Coming Home Today!

  Report cards will be in your child's Kozy folder.  Please look over the report card and discuss it with your child this weekend.

Reminder- Art Museum Field Trip on Friday

Just a reminder that our field trip to the Milwaukee Art Museum is this Friday.  We will eat an early lunch before we go, so students DO NOT need to bring a bag lunch for this trip.  We will leave at 11:30 and be back by 2:30.

Science!

The students worked hard this week creating a model of the digestive system given only a few materials.  Within their groups, students had to figure out what material would best represent each major body part in the digestive system.  Each group had to present their model and describe what happens to food as it is digested in the body.  Please remember to study for the digestive system test that is tomorrow!

Concert Reminder!

Our Holiday Concert for 3rd through 6th grade will be next Tuesday at the high school.  The concert will begin at 6:30.  Our spot to drop off and pick up your child will be the cafeteria.  We will be sharing that waiting space with 3rd grade.  See you then!
